Estrella Enterprises is a principal-led advisory firm guiding founders, owners, and investors through mergers, acquisitions, and the deals that define a company's next chapter.
Every engagement is led personally, from the first conversation to the closing table. No handoffs, no junior desk, no surprises.
Positioning a business for sale and running a disciplined search for the right acquirer, on terms that reflect what the company is truly worth.
Sourcing and qualifying acquisition targets for growth-minded buyers, including proprietary opportunities that never reach a public auction.
Buy- and sell-side support for technology and asset transactions, structuring deals so the value survives the transfer intact.
Turning intellectual property into a commercial engine, from portfolio strategy to licensing and monetization across borders.
Advising international companies and investors entering the U.S. market, and connecting them to opportunities matched to their appetite.
Senior guidance through valuation, structure, negotiation, and process, so owners make the call with clarity rather than pressure.
Before tactics, we get clear on what a good outcome actually looks like for you, financially and otherwise.
We assess the asset, the market, and the realistic range of counterparties, and identify where the leverage sits.
Sourcing, positioning, and negotiation handled with the same senior attention from first outreach to signed terms.
We stay in the detail through diligence and closing, because deals are won or lost in the final quarter.
We own what we advise on. The strategies we bring to clients are the same ones we use to build and grow our own holdings.— The Estrella Principle
Dallin Farris founded Estrella Enterprises to bring institutional-grade transaction experience to companies that rarely get it. Over roughly five years, he has advised on and closed deals across technology, intellectual property, healthcare, and natural resources, on both the buy and sell side.
His work spans borders. He has structured licensing and technology transactions across North America, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe, from medical device and semiconductor engagements to university and institutional IP portfolios. Fluent in Spanish with genuine multicultural business fluency, he is equally at home across the table from a founder in Houston or an institutional counterpart abroad.
He also invests as a principal, holding mineral, real estate, and operating interests of his own, which means the strategies he recommends are ones he has tested with his own capital.
